Privacy Policy

As this online shop is powered by DIFFAIR, most of the data collection and storage is performed by them. Together with DIFFAIR, we adopt a common sense privacy policy, where we keep your personal details confidential and only allow authorized third parties to access the minimum necessary to complete your business with us.

Data collection

We and DIFFAIR only collect data that is necessary to facilitate your business with us. Specifically, depending on the level of business we have, we may collect the following information: internet browsing data (cookies and usage data), first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and order history.

Data storage and retention

We store all of your data securely in Switzerland. The majority are stored on the servers of DIFFAIR’s hosting provider and some data may be stored on our own systems. We will keep your data for as long as your account is active or until you request their deletion.

Data sharing

DIFFAIR collects and stores your data and shares it with us.

If paying by credit card, the information you provide on the payment form (cardholder name, credit card details, and postcode) are transmitted to DIFFAIR’s payment provider, Stripe. DIFFAIR also collects this information, although not the CVC number and only the last four digits of the credit card number.

If paying by invoice, any details you provide in the payment transfer may be transmitted to DIFFAIR and its bank, ZKB.

Other than the situations described above, we do not share any personal data with any third parties.

Communication

Apart from delivering your products, we and DIFFAIR will only ever contact you via email unless otherwise agreed with you. We will keep the communication limited to that which is necessary to facilitate our business with you. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe directly from an email or by contacting us.

Data deletion

You can send us a request to delete your account and all associated data at any time. We will delete your account and associated data within two weeks of your request or within two weeks from the date of delivery of your last ordered item. No claims for refunds or exchanges will be accepted once all your data is deleted.
