The shipping cost and expected delivery time (in business days) are shown for each product on the product page.

Shipping cost

Our maximum shipping cost per order is CHF 8.-.

When multiple items are purchased in a single order, any reduction in shipping is calculated automatically as you add items to your basket.

Delivery time

The stated delivery times are indicative only and are not legally binding.

If delivery cannot be made within the indicated time, you will be notified and given a new delivery time.

For the purpose of your statutory rights, the legally binding delivery term shall be considered twice the time of the original delivery term or the updated delivery term if this is later.
